Yes. Yes, they are.
This is despicable. If you follow the link, it details how the textbooks teach the Palestinian children to WAGE WAR against Jews. Really? I thought we were peace-loving? I thought we were all for encouraging the Palestinians, also known as the Syrians, to work together with the Jewish people of Israel? Apparently not.
Does Obama know about this? Perhaps. Is he alright with it? Again, perhaps. Perhaps he has authorized it.
Whoa, whoa, hold on Boethius. Are you claiming that Obama hates Jews? I don't know. I don't know who the man hates, besides anyone that opposes him that is, but I do know that he is the President of the United States, and therefore is supposed to play a very large role in the workings of the UN.
Judge for yourself, people of America. Decide whether or not Obama is alright with this, is planning to just sit by and let the next generation of Palestinian hotheads be educated through the twisted ways of these textbooks, be educated that those who kill our closest allies are martyrs. And this is a pattern, my friends. Ever since taking office, Obama has hardly advocated for the Israeli people. For example: The Palestinian Authority Chairman Abbas indoctrinates among young children the very thing that is portrayed in these textbooks that are being used to educate those children: To hate Israel, and to hate Jews. He uses everything he can get his hands on to drill these ideas into the minds of the Palestinian people. Abbas promotes the ideas that fill these textbooks. It's his life's work. And yet, about a month ago when Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu met with Obama at the White House, Obama pushed for Netanyahu to fill some of Abbas' demands, which included freezing construction of Israeli settlements, and also granting the Palestinian Authority, headed by my best buddy Abbas, more control over the West Bank. Netanyahu appeased Obama, and Obama, oh Obama, advocated for that awful excuse of a man, Abbas, and not for the Israelis.
So, America. Judge for yourself. Does he know about this? Does he care about this? Or, perhaps, does Obama support this?
Boethius has been reborn solely for society's purpose. This blog lacks the content that most of the human race is interested in- the tedious workings of everyday life. Instead, this blog will attempt to delve into the deepest workings of our world and our mind. Be warned- Cognitive processes are required.

ACLU and THE Ultimate Pinhead
I couldn't believe this story when I watched it. What world are the big shots of ACLU living in? And more importantly, that man, that Fenstermaker. That anti-American, anti-America's allies. What world is he living in? Clearly not the world where over 3,000 people were killed by Al-Queda, right here on American soil.
Again, I could do a whole spiel on this man, and how he is a complete, ignorant idiot not worthy of the freedom and opportunities that come with being an American, but honestly, don't you all already know that? Just watching this video, can't you gauge it yourselves? He's a naive fool, and if he thinks that for one minute the people of Al-Queda would remember how he fought to keep them out of the slammer, when they so rightfully deserved it for the rest of their pathetic lives, I might add, when they saw him walking down a street alone near them, in his sleek little business suit and American accent, then he's got it coming.

Shirley Sherrod
I'm not sure what to make of this issue. But since Fox News seems to deem it important, I thought I should dedicate a short post to it.
This woman, in my mind, is probably a racist. I know, I know, but her whole story was about racial transformation! I'm aware of that. But I'm also aware of the probable fact that more stories and more comments from Ms. Sherrod will likely surface regarding race. Because you have to look at the issue on a personal level. The woman's father was murdered by an unprosecuted white man. I could see the possibility of her being leery towards other white men because of that. However, that fact does not give her a pass to be racist to white people, for just because one white man was a bad person, does not allow the prejudiced grouping of white people as a whole to be bad people (a fact that some blacks were perfectly content with using in the case of King Samir Shabazz and the New Black Panther Party, but seem not to think relevant on the issue of slavery).
As Laura Ingraham so eloquently put it, Sherrod is not the Mother Theresa the biased left-wing media is making her out to be, but neither is she some racist raving lunatic ordering others to kill white people and their children. And thank goodness for that, because I just don't think I could take another one of those kooks.

The Obama Deception
Recently I was looking through Common Cents, a brilliant blog of note, and happened across a post talking about the deletion of a video titled The Obama Deception. Naturally the name of the video caught my attention, for if there's anything Obama's famous for in my book it's his numerous deceptions, and I decided to go ahead and watch it on Youtube. Although it took up a lot of my time, I'm glad that I watched it, for it provided a refreshing new take on all the happenings of our beloved government. And even though I didn't agree with everything that was said in the video, the vast majority of it was spot on. To be truthful, it scared the crap out of me.
It detailed this horrible version of our leaders, painted an awful picture of our takeover of the world, and made it seem as though we, as citizens, have no control whatsoever in everything that is going wrong in our country, and the rich men of Wall Street and Bilderberg and Trilateral Commission have absolute control. And the most horrifying part of it, at least to me? The fact that we are all ignorant. That we know nothing of this. That this is all happening behind our backs, without our consent.
I encourage all of you to watch this video, and keep spreading the word about it. Let our government, those pig-headed officials, know that we will not be lied to, be deceived, any longer.

Losing our backbone, hm?
Here are two fantastic videos that describe my extreme disbelief with the growing idiocy of our government. No longer do I see the future of this country as our being brave and strong-willed, I only see a future of our softness, arrogance, and the complete lack of a backbone.

The Oil Spill
About time I got around to posting about this much-discussed topic.
Now, I wasn't sure that I wanted to say anything at all about this. For one thing, this topic has been beaten to death by any blogs that involve politics, and I didn't want to be saying the exact same thing that everyone else is. And for another thing, my suspicions are quite outrageous. But they are only that; suspicions. I'm going to sound like a cooky old fellow, and in some ways I am exactly that.
I don't trust my government. It's a sad day in America when one feels that way. But I truly don't. And therefore, I think up crazy things about how they are plotting against us. Well, not necessarily against us, but for themselves. And I believe I may just have discovered another plot by our brilliant current administration.
Obama ran an astounding campaign. It was flashy and hip and modern, and all Americans are drawn to that kind of thing. McCain's campaign was absolutely lackluster, boring and old-school compared to it. Obama knew what to say and when to say it, to get the crowd positively wetting themselves with excitement. So if Obama knew how to work people in his favor, knew what to say to calm the crowd, and knew how to act to make people trust him, then why is he making such stupid mistakes lately with this oil spill? Why is he still golfing and partying in Las Vegas when an estimated 60,000 barrels of oil a day are leaking into the Gulf?
Because he's stalling. He doesn't want to address the problem yet. Wouldn't it be simple enough for him to head down to the coast in Louisiana, roll up his sleeves, and began addressing people's demands? And no, not just by talking at them, but by actually fulfilling them? Yes, it would. But he isn't doing that. He's stalling.
But Boethius, you exclaim. Why in the world would he be purposefully avoiding the disaster? Because, my friends. Because he wants the oil to keep spilling.
Huh? Are you insinuating that Obama orchestrated this whole calamity? No, I'm not. In fact, I think Obama had no idea this was going to happen. But when it did, he took advantage of it. It was his golden opportunity. Oil, horrible terrible oil, hurting helpless little pelicans? Oh, the stuff must be of the devil! Be gone with that horrendous oil! There shall be no more oil! Hey, wait, what about using it for energy? But Obama! Remember Obama? Remember what he was talking about? He said something about green, clean energy. You know, the kind of energy that won't hurt those poor pelicans. Yeah, I remember now! Hey, let's get Obama to make sure everything uses that kind of energy! Hooray!
Yes, you read it right. Obama is letting the oil continue to gush into the Gulf because he wants to use this spill as an excuse to spend massive amounts of money on that so-called clean energy. I have a feeling he won't let it continue for too much longer, but just long enough that people loathe everything to do with oil and oil companies.
It sounds disgusting, but I believe in it. Choose what you'd like to believe, but once Obama begins pushing for his clean energy again, remember this post, and remember that Boethius knew.

No Words
None. I have no words for this.
He needs to get the hell out of my, our, country. He is no American. He doesn't deserve the freedom that American citizens are granted. He should either be deported or thrown in the slammer for life, because a man who is telling others to go kill white people and their babies sounds pretty dangerous to me.
And Obama. Mr. President. Mr. I-Became-President-For-All-The-Swooning-And-Fainting-And-Really-Have-No-Freaking-Idea-What-I'm-Doing. If you're reading this, I can only say that I also have no idea what you're doing, letting a man like this get away without any charges, but it will have repercussions. You can bet on that. I know that you believe that we American citizens are idiotic, naive fools, but we're not. We are a nation of the bravest, greatest, most heroic people on the planet. And we will not stand for this crap.
I would write a long, analytical, brilliant essay on this, examining this man intensions, examining Obama's intensions, but they don't deserve my time and my thoughts. Besides, I'm getting a creeping suspicion on their intentions which I feel would probably not please the bulk on my audience. Let's just say that somehow I believe their intentions are intermingled. Why, you ask? Why would I assume something so terrible? Two words, my friends, my avid readers. Jeremiah Wright. Yes, the very man who preached the same mindset to Obama. Perhaps the idea grew on him.
Please, America. Please. Come November 2012, please remember that Obama let this man, this terrible, hateful waste of space, be a face of America on the nets. Obama let this man roam free among your children, even after he encouraged others to kill them. Obama let this man enjoy the freedom that true American citizens enjoy, when he so clearly does not deserve freedom, or kindness, or anything. Please remember all of these things. And I hate to sound like a begging child, but please, please vote to fix them.

Happy Birthday, America
Our country is 234 years old today, and oh, how we have changed since the signing of our declaration. Clearly we have evolved by means of technology and have grown by means of the sophistication of our government. But not all changes have been good. Because, sadly, I can feel the flame that is the pride of our country and the sweetness of our freedom slowly diminishing in our hearts. Our fathers who risked everything for us in the act of signing that declaration had that fire in their hearts. They ignored all the troubles that may come their way, and instead sold themselves to a cause that meant more to them than their lives. But I can bet all of you that not many people representing us at the moment would be willing to do the same. America doesn't mean so much to them. Their fires have been extinguished, or perhaps were never even lit. However, there always will be brave, noble people who are willing, who have shown that they were willing in the past. Our military is filled with those brave young people, and even those brave old people. Each and every single one of them should be honored for continuing the work that our fathers began 234 years ago, for each and every single one of them shares that same burning and that same respect and love for their country, the United States of America.
If there was something I could do as a lowly writer of an unrecognized blog on the nets to help those who have lost their fires regain them, I would. But I cannot. And so I look to those who are recognized, who do have a following to do that for me, and to help our people remember that they live in the greatest country on Earth.
For we are the greatest country on Earth. I don't believe in measuring greatness by our present situation. I believe in measuring greatness by the people of our past, and by their dedication and their bravery towards freedom and independence and happiness for all. And our people had these qualities to spare. So on this most wonderful 4th, don't think about fireworks and barbecues and little unimportant things like those. Instead dwell on the founding father that resides in all of us, and his passion that can and will live on in our hearts.

Ignorance: Take Two
Once again on the topic of ignorance? I just couldn't help myself upon seeing this video.
Stark's arrogance, combined with that beloved ignorance, makes me want puke up organs. Isn't he aware that without us, without our vote, he would be nothing? Just another one of us, blending into the landscape. Forgettable. A mere citizen. And, of course, the fact remains that he is just one of us. He is a citizen. A citizen with a title. Nothing more.
And yet he believes that his title enables him to act and say anything he wants, without repercussions. Well, we'll see what happens in November, won't we?
I'm tired of these arrogant politicians. Come November, we will remind them of their place. They will be thrown overboard, be kicked out, be replaced, however you'd like to spin it. These people were elected to voice our opinions, and yet they scoff at them? Something needs to be done. Someone needs to show these people how we really feel about their attitudes. No, violence is not the answer, and no, I'm not insinuating that it is. Because it really doesn't accomplish anything, even if these people do deserve a good punch in the gut. So the power of our words will have to sustain us, for now, until November comes along. And believe me, when November does come around, these people will be gone before they can say the word communist. And so, citizens of America, remember this man when you are at the ballot box, ready to help make history by voting these loons overboard. Remember his attitude towards your fellow citizens. The way he scoffed at their words and their thoughts, the way he poked fun of illegals streaming into our country, taking our land and our people and our lives. Remember it all. And also remember this: You have the power to change it all.

Ignorance
Don't you just absolutely hate it when someone thinks that they know more than you, when the fact is that they are completely ignorant, and yet they still act like an arrogant... Well, you get my drift.
Age is but a number, correct? Not so, in the minds of those older than yourself. To them, age is the one thing they cling to, the one thing they have against you that makes them seem more powerful and wise and worth listening to. At least with the idiotic ones. And then once they are finished acting all high and mighty towards you, they sigh and say, oh, if only that person could understand. If only you could understand? That kind of comment stimulates the burning of anger, a burning that certainly could overpower the burning that said idiot felt as the wisps of power ran through their body. And yet they act as though they are not afraid, for who would dare touch them, dare raise a hand against them?
This post is a meaningless one, one provoked by the anger I feel after an encounter with an idiot as was previously described. I promised that I wouldn't let these brief periods of emotion get to me, that I would remain aloof in this blog. But I'm only human. Surely everyone can see that. I need something that can act as an outlet to these terrible emotions that dare to have control over me, and I'm pleased that at least I have found an outlet that allows me to talk rather than to act.
However, I will use this as an excuse to explain emotions. Then my post would not have been completely wasted, correct? I sure hope so.
Emotions. Some emotions people embrace, and others they repel. Clearly. Some emotions people stifle, others they aren't afraid to show off. That though, of course, varies with the person in question. Sometimes even the pleasant emotions people attempt to stifle around others. Why? Because emotions are weaknesses. They take control of your body and your mind, they influence you more than you know. They cause you to have memories and relationships. They even cause you to have certain conditions, like obesity. They are the ultimate dictators.
Why would I waste time talking about them? Well, for one thing, I didn't want this post to be a completely wasted one and emotions were the things closest related to what I was talking about. But also for a completely different reason. I crave power. Power, influence. I desire it most desperately, I'm not afraid to admit. And emotions are the biggest obstacles standing in my way. Think about it. What if all I wanted was power and ignored all other emotions, for that wanting is indeed in itself an emotion. But all other emotions I tossed in the trash, and focused solely on the craving for power. I'd murder, I'd torture, I'd burn, I'd do anything and everything to get power. But that's where emotions step in. I can't do all those things, not without feeling grief for those I killed, feeling hesitant to burn and destroy, for what if I were one of those people burning up in that fire? And even if you try to ignore them, they're still always there. You can't just kill them like you would kill others. It's impossible. You want to be the ultimate dictator? Well, too bad, because you never, ever will, for emotions still own you. They still control you.
That is all, for now. Maybe I'll add more to this post later, but I think my made my point clear. And perhaps someone will understand what I'm trying to have understood. Perhaps others have even felt the same. And not just with power, for that was merely an example, but in other aspects of life as well.

McChrystal
Ah, General McChrystal. You loose-lipped man, you insubordinate. Or you tired man who wanted to get out?
I believe in the latter. Although what McChrystal did was undeniably stupid, to be making those kinds of comments about his commander, I have a hard time believing that when a man in such a position as McChrystal was for that duration would not carefully watch each and every word he said, especially with the way the media absolutely pines for Obama. Therefore I believe that McChrystal had had enough. Not that he no longer cared about America's safety, but rather that he was a tired old man, tired of all that responsibility, all that suppressing how he really felt towards his commander. He slipped, he tripped, he fell (clearly). The man was tired of always having to look over his shoulder for a physical attack from his enemy, but even more tired of watching over his mouth for an emotional attack of his own creation. He obviously had very strong political feelings, but his strong military ties forced him to keep those feelings silent. But after being in the military for nearly 32 years, he began to watch his words less and less carefully. I'm not insinuating that he was stupid and careless- rather that he had already achieved what he had wanted to achieve. Besides, retiring out of the blue, abandoning your troops when you are most needed, that would have been careless. McChrystal wanted to go out in style, and was tired of having the administration force him to hold his tongue. He didn't agree with the choices being made, and being the tired old man he is, he finally spoke out. He didn't care much about the consequences of his actions, because to him there were none. He killed one of the top men in Al-Qaeda, he was commander of ISAF and head of USFOR-A. He long ago filled the expectations he held in his career. So his time was up, and he knew it. Undoubtfully he also took into account the trouble this would stir up. One of the top men in the military disagrees with the administration, and only his rank had caused him to hold his tongue. Are there any more? Do most people in the uppermost circle of the government disagree as well? Is the administration only protected because people value their jobs and source of income more than their freedom of speech? Questions all planted into people's minds with the help of McChrystal's disbelief in our government.
McChrystal did what he set out to do, whether or not his conscious mind recognized that that was his quest. He was tired and wanted to leave behind his position, all while having his true opinion finally heard and wavering the minds of the American people, even if just a little.
But did he really achieve that last bit? Did he cause the majority to waver? Or were they all too stupid to recognize his intent, too blinded to wonder if other's felt the same? Only time will tell.
